Per night as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house: $150
Per week (7 nights) as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house: $1,000
Per month as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house: $3,750

This is particularly suitable for a couple alone who do not require a second bathroom and would like to save some money. It is also fine for a couple with young children who are happy sharing one nice bathroom and having a double-bedded room and a twin-bedded room close to each other.

Up to 6 guests

Per night for the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house: $215
Per week (7 nights) for the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house: $1,500
Per month for the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house: $5,000

This arrangement is recommended for 2 couples sharing the house as it affords more privacy and a second bathroom, or for any party of 5 or 6 guests.

Please let us know if you require that the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom be made available. We will then arrange for this and our caretaker will provide access to the extra wing of the house upon your arrival. If you will not need the additional bedroom and bathroom, you can have access to the rest of the house and facilities for the lower rate as quoted above.

There is a 10% tax we are required to collect for the Bahamian government. There are no other fees or costs of any kind.

A deposit of $200 per week or part of a week will reserve your dates. Your deposit guarantees your reservation and is not refundable.

The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Payment by personal check, bank check, direct bank wire or PayPal. If using Paypal please add 3% to cover PayPal fees.
